Welcome to The Sandtrap Golf Bays. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules, policies, and expectations for using our website, booking golf bays, visiting our facility, and participating in activities at The Sandtrap Golf Bays.

By using our website, making a reservation, purchasing a service, or visiting our facility, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Bookings And Reservations

Guests may book golf bays online through our website or approved booking system. Reservation availability, pricing, bay times, and business hours may vary and are subject to change.

Guests are responsible for arriving on time for their reservation. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time. Additional time is not guaranteed and may only be added when availability permits.

The person making the reservation is responsible for their group and for ensuring all guests follow facility rules, safety requirements, and staff instructions.

Cancellations And Refunds

Reservations canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a refund.

Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. However, guests may request credited bay time for a future visit if the canceled bay time is rebooked by another guest. If the canceled time is not rebooked, no refund or credit will be issued.

Credit requests must be made within 24 hours of the original reservation start time. Requests made after that time will not be honored.

No-call/no-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit.

Bay Time And Group Size

Golf bay reservations are for the specific amount of time purchased. Groups must finish within their reserved time unless additional time is available and purchased.

A maximum of 6 golfers per bay is permitted unless otherwise approved by The Sandtrap Golf Bays.

Guests are responsible for managing their playing pace so their round or session finishes within their reserved time.

Golf Bay Safety

Golf clubs may only be swung from the designated hitting area in the center of the golf bay.

Only one person may swing a golf club in a bay at a time. All other guests must remain safely behind and clear of the person swinging.

Practice swings outside of the designated hitting area are prohibited.

Guests must remain aware of their surroundings and maintain a safe distance from anyone swinging a golf club.

Guests must follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

Facility Rules And Safety

Guests must use all golf bays, equipment, arcade games, pool tables, dartboards, and other facility areas safely and responsibly.

Guests agree to:

Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
Use equipment only for its intended purpose
Supervise children and minors
Respect other guests, employees, and property
Avoid reckless, dangerous, abusive, or disruptive behavior
Avoid interfering with the enjoyment or safety of other guests

The Sandtrap Golf Bays reserves the right to refuse service or require guests to leave the facility for unsafe behavior, excessive intoxication, harassment, property damage, disruption, failure to follow staff instructions, or violation of facility policies.

Damage To Property

Guests may be held financially responsible for damage they cause to golf bays, TrackMan equipment, simulator screens, projectors, golf clubs, golf balls, furniture, arcade games, pool tables, dart equipment, televisions, fixtures, or any other property belonging to The Sandtrap Golf Bays.

This includes damage resulting from misuse, negligence, reckless behavior, intentional acts, or failure to follow facility rules and staff instructions.

The individual responsible for the damage and/or the person responsible for the reservation may be charged for reasonable repair or replacement costs when permitted by law.

Alcohol And Food Service

The Sandtrap Golf Bays serves food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued identification may be required.

The Sandtrap Golf Bays reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated, cannot provide acceptable identification, behaves unsafely, or otherwise violates applicable alcohol-service requirements.

Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Guests are responsible for informing staff of relevant food allergies or dietary concerns. Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Minors

Guests under 18 must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

Parents, guardians, and supervising adults are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors in their group.

Children may not enter golf hitting areas or use facility equipment in an unsafe or unsupervised manner.

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

The Sandtrap Golf Bays is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Website Use

Our website is provided for general information, reservations, inquiries, promotions, and other business purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but errors or outdated information may occasionally occur.

Prices, hours, menu offerings, events, specials, promotions, memberships, availability, and other business information may change without notice.

Unauthorized attempts to interfere with, damage, access, or misuse our website or associated systems are prohibited.

SMS And Text Message Terms

The Sandtrap Golf Bays may offer guests the option to receive text messages.

If you consent to receive transactional text messages, you may receive messages regarding reservations, bookings, events, and inquiries.

If you separately consent to receive marketing text messages, you may receive messages regarding promotions, specials, leagues, and events from The Sandtrap Golf Bays.

Transactional and marketing text message consent are collected separately and are optional. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Promotions And Specials

Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discounts may not be combined.

The Sandtrap Golf Bays reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end promotions and specials subject to applicable law.

Leagues, Tournaments, Events And Private Parties

Leagues, tournaments, private parties, corporate events, group reservations, and other special events may be subject to additional rules, pricing, deposits, payment requirements, cancellation policies, participation requirements, or separate agreements.

When event-specific terms conflict with these general Terms and Conditions, the terms specifically provided for that event or booking will control to the extent of the conflict.

Photos And Videos

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken in public areas of The Sandtrap Golf Bays for social media, marketing, promotional, or operational purposes.

We make reasonable efforts to respect the privacy of our guests. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos being taken by our staff, please notify a staff member.

Assumption Of Risk And Limitation Of Liability

Golf and other recreational activities involve inherent risks, including risks associated with swinging golf clubs, golf balls, moving around recreational areas, darts, pool, arcade games, and interactions with other guests.

Guests are responsible for using reasonable care, following facility rules and staff instructions, and participating within their own abilities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Sandtrap Golf Bays is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages resulting from a guest's misuse of equipment, failure to follow rules or instructions, reckless or unsafe behavior, or ordinary risks inherent in recreational activities.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Use of our website and certain services may involve the collection and processing of personal information.
